Visitor Sign In/Out
Our students’ safety is our greatest concern. All visitors are required to sign in upon arrival and will be given a badge which must be worn at all times. Visitors will be escorted while on campus, and must sign out and return their badge at the conclusion of their visit. We continue to enforce Maryland state regulations implementing that only people who are cleared through a background check can access our school buildings. Our sign in/sign out policies help to ensure compliance with these regulations.
Effective March 20, 2023, masks are no longer required for students, staff and visitors. This policy can change at any time. MSB will reassess school-wide masking should it be necessary due to community spread or other factors that might impact the safety of our students and staff. MSB, MSDE and the US Department of Education recognize the importance of students’ access to effective, in-person instruction. We will continue to work with families and our medical professionals to keep student health and safety a priority.
Directions
From Downtown Baltimore:
Proceed north on Calvert Street to 33rd Street. Turn right on 33rd Street and follow to Hillen Road. Turn left on Hillen Road and continue north (turns into Perring Parkway). Turn right on Taylor Avenue and continue east. MSB will be on your right, just past Moyer Avenue.
From Northeast Maryland:
Take Route 95 South to Route 695 West toward Towson. Take Exit 32 South (Belair Road, Overlea). Proceed south on Belair Road to the 4th traffic signal (Taylor Avenue). Turn right onto Taylor Avenue. MSB will be on your left at the top of the hill.
From Southern Maryland:
Take Route 95 North through either tunnel. Exit onto 695 toward Towson (left exit) Take Exit 32 South (Belair Road, Overlea). Proceed south on Belair Road to the 4th traffic signal (Taylor Avenue). Turn right onto Taylor Avenue. MSB will be on your left at the top of the hill.
From the Eastern Shore:
Take the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, Route 50 West to Route 2 North. Take Route 2 to Route 100 toward Baltimore. Take Route 100 to Route 3 North. Take Route 3 through the Baltimore Harbor Tunnel. Take Route 695 West to Exit 32 South (Belair Road, Overlea). Proceed south on Belair Road to the 4th traffic signal (Taylor Avenue). Turn right onto Taylor Avenue. MSB will be on your left at the top of the hill.
From Western Maryland:
take route 70 East to 695 toward Towson. Take Exit 32 South (Belair Road, Overlea). Proceed south on Belair Road to the 4th traffic signal (Taylor Avenue). Turn right onto Taylor Avenue. MSB will be on your left at the top of the hill.
