This interactive, hands-on festival invites you to explore cutting-edge technology, adaptive experiences, and inclusive design that’s changing the way we experience the world. 

Explore them all at our free, family-friendly celebration of accessibility, innovation, and inclusion! Held on the beautiful campus of The Maryland School for the Blind, the festival brings together thousands of people from across the region to experience the power of adaptations.

Rain Can’t Stop the Fun!

Umbrellas Up, Spirits High!

It might be a warm and rainy day, but we’ve planned for it all—nothing’s going to dampen the fun!

This is a rain location map for the See Beyond Festival held at The Maryland School for the Blind. The map outlines the indoor and covered locations for 32 festival activities, labeled numerically and described in a legend at the bottom. The event is organized across multiple buildings and gymnasium spaces, starting on the left side with athletics events like sprint track, blind soccer, and beep baseball, followed by interactive stations such as crafts, balloon animals, and robotics as you move rightward. The central area includes exhibits and educational booths like MSB Careers, Guiding Eyes for the Blind, and the Maryland Science Center. The main stage is located at the top center of the map, inside the largest indoor structure. A VIP area is set off to the far right side of the map, near the building entrances. Accessible features include: Restroom icons (marked in blue), Changing tables for all ages, First aid stations marked with a red cross, An information booth indicated with an "i" icon. A tram line for mobility support is shown connecting the parking area at the bottom to the festival entrances. The map is designed with high-contrast colors and large iconography for ease of use. The event’s title “See Beyond Festival” is displayed prominently in the lower right corner.
