A few things to know about eligibility and our hiring process.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be at least 21 to work in direct student services positions.
- Job offers are based on successfully completing our pre-employment steps. These may include fingerprinting, a background check, a physical exam, a drug screen, a TB test, and reference checks.
Please be advised that the MSB drug screen includes a screen for marijuana. MSB reserves the right to deny employment based on a positive drug screen in accordance with its drug testing policy and applicable law.

No. MSB provides comprehensive onboarding, ongoing training, and mentorship so you can succeed from day one, even without prior experience in vision loss or special education.
