Music Education & Music Therapy

The Maryland School for the Blind’s Music Education and Music Therapy programs strive for excellence in helping students develop their full potential. All areas of development are encouraged through:

  • Group music therapy
  • Individual music therapy
  • Education classes
  • Choirs
  • Ensembles

Music therapy makes a real difference in the lives of students at MSB, especially those students with developmental and physical disabilities, brain injuries and mental health needs.
